Our kickboxing classes put you through
the training of a fighter as well. They are very
intense & lots of fun. They are also taught by
pro-fighters & pro-fight trainers & they are always
different (never the same) - but - they are always the
training of a fighter. The training of a kcikboxer
consists of strength training, interval training &
explosive training. It is a full body workout
(head-to-toe but -a lot of core). It too will really
make you lose all the weight you've ever wanted to lose
get you in the best shape of your life. Our kickboxing
classes are great for self-defense since they include
elbows & knees & they teach you how to hit someone &
where it will hurt most. In the kickboxing classes you
must kick the heavy bag with your shins & you have no
cushion on you shins. So - if you've never kicked heavy
bags before, we highly recommend (& we prefer) you
taking part in the boxing classes for awhile before
getting into the kickboxing. In the boxing classes you
punch the bag & have cushions on your hands (gloves).
